OT Tips and Suggestions
Sometimes it helps to break tasks or activities up into indiviual components. It may
also help to use pictures to visual each step.
Here are are a few samples of tasks strips that can be used for taking a bath, going
to bed and getting dressed. When a disabled person is having difficulty with a specific
part of an activity or task, that part can be broken down further.
